Rick's Harley-Davidson 2018 front fender 

Rick's Motorcycles has developed steel front fender for 2018 Slim models, which also fits the Heritage and Deluxe models. the crisp short front fender fits perfectly with the "old school" style of 16 inch balloon tires. 

The radii were chosen so that the cover fits for the OEM Dunlop, but also for the Metzeler 130/90 16 "tires.

 The outstanding fit is achieved by manufacturing using 3D lasers, which cut the mold in one piece from a round blank. 

The starting material has a thickness of 2.5mm, whereby the later Fender has an optimal torsional rigidity.
